Howard County is soliciting bids for the Guilford Stormwater Pond Repair and Water and Sewer Plans project. The work includes removal of an existing concrete riser structure, in-place abandonment and backfill of two existing pipes, construction of a large concrete riser and principal spillway culverts through the dam embankment, and installation of a storm drain junction box connecting multiple culverts.
