YES Prep Public Schools is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for a new Outdoor Pavilion at the Southwest Secondary Campus located at 4411 Anderson Rd, Houston, TX 77053. The project involves constructing a covered pavilion as detailed in the project drawings. The awarded contractor will be responsible for the complete delivery of the project, including all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination required for demolition, preparation, and construction. The contractor must coordinate all work within an active campus environment, minimize disruption to school operations, maintain safe and unobstructed access for students, staff, and visitors, and implement appropriate safety measures throughout the project duration.
