Description

This solicitation is a Request for Bid to procure a scenic projector system for the Hillcrest High School Auditorium. The project includes furnishing and installing all necessary hardware, configuring, testing, and placing into operational service a complete scenic projection system projecting onto an existing back cyclorama curtain approximately 70 feet wide by 20 feet high. The system requires short or ultra short throw lenses with projection control preferably wired from the lighting control booth. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference site walkthrough to obtain detailed project and installation requirements.
