The California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority (CALCTRA) is soliciting packaged bread, rolls, hamburger and hot dog buns for its Food Packaging Enterprise located at California State Prison-Corcoran in Corcoran, CA and Mule Creek State Prison in Ione, CA. The contract resulting from this solicitation will expire after two years unless extended or terminated. The award will be made on the basis of best value considering cost, performance, and experience. Bidders must submit sealed bids by August 28, 2026, 3:00 PM PDT.
