Description

This solicitation is for a Small Business Minor B contract to provide a Solar Flash Beacon with Wooden Post Sign and Transverse Strip in Sutter County. The contractor must be a certified Small Business under section 2-1.05. The contract includes labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work as specified. Bids over $484,000 will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment bonds and insurance are required at the time of award for the low bidder.
