Mapleton City is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the construction of Evans Family Park and associated sports fields located at 125 West 400 North, Mapleton, UT. The project includes amenities such as parking areas, walking paths, a park play structure, bathroom facilities, utilities, infrastructure, landscaping, and irrigation. The CM/GC will be involved in both the pre-construction (design) phase, providing cost estimates, schedules, and constructability reviews, and the construction phase, managing and executing the construction work. The project has a Fixed Limit of Construction Cost (FLCC) between $4,000,000 and $5,000,000, with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) to be established during the design process.
