The project involves the removal and replacement of ten 84-inch corrugated metal pipes on Canady Bridge Road at the Canoochee River crossing, located 500 feet north of Indian Trail Road. Work includes replacing the pipes with polymer-coated CMPs, roadway repair and overlay, shoulder stabilization, and related work within the right-of-way. Pipes are to be bedded in No. 57 stone, backfilled to the springline with stone, covered in fabric prior to backfill with select fill, with slopes receiving fabric underlayment and Riprap on both sides. Qualified bidders can obtain contract documents for a non-refundable fee of $150 per set at EMC Engineering Services, Inc. in Statesboro.
