Vancouver Community College (VCC) is issuing this Request for Qualifications to establish a prequalified roster of up to six qualified General Contractors to deliver construction, renovation, and related capital projects at its Downtown and Broadway campuses. The prequalified roster will remain in effect for a three-year term from October 2026 through October 2029. During this period, VCC intends to invite contractors from the roster to participate in project-specific competitive solicitations.
