Lethbridge County is seeking a qualified Functional Planning Architect to lead a needs assessment and prepare a Functional Program, Site Master Plan, and high-level construction cost estimate for consolidating operations onto a new approximately 35-acre site in the Broxburn area. The project includes planning for vehicle circulation, parking, and public access. This solicitation is limited to the planning phase; detailed design and construction services will be procured separately. The contract duration is 14 months starting from September 28, 2026.
