Notice to Quoters/SuppliersFunds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government¿¿¿s obligation under any resulting contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a quoter for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting a quote.This requirement is for Medium Voltage Switchgear for Seymour Johnson AFB, in accordance with Attachment 1, Salient Characteristics.
