Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division - West, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Firm Fixed-Prices for Scleral Contact Lenses for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft. Bragg, NC.
