Travis Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to upgrade and install NDAA/TAA-compliant, non-cloud based surveillance camera systems across 18 dormitory buildings. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 60th Contracting Squadron, 60th Civil Engineer Squadron, and 60th Communications Squadron at Travis AFB - OEMs and Vendors: - Cisco (for Catalyst 9300 PoE+ switches) - No specific camera OEMs named; cameras must be NDAA/TAA compliant - Products Requested: - Surveillance cameras: approximately 626 total (213 new NDAA/TAA compliant IP-based cameras, 413 existing to be removed or integrated) - Exterior cameras: minimum 5MP resolution, 57 new units - Viewing stations: 5 total 55-inch monitors (4K resolution) - Cisco Catalyst 9300 PoE+ switches (48-port and 24-port, Network Advantage licensed) - UPS battery backup systems: 18 units, TAA-compliant, minimum 2-hour runtime - CAT 6A cabling and outlets - Network Video Recorders (NVR): 90-day retention, 30 fps, AES256 encryption, remote admin - Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of non-compliant cameras and cabling - Installation and setup of new camera systems, cabling, and infrastructure - Training for administrators and end-users (on-site/virtual, refresher during warranty) - Maintenance and support: 5-year manufacturer warranty, preventive/corrective maintenance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All camera systems must store footage locally (no cloud storage) - Compliance with NDAA and TAA regulations - Option to install cameras in two future dormitories within five years - Installation phased over multiple quarters/buildings - Coordination with base IT and communications for equipment approval and switch configuration
