Description
The 460th Civil Engineering Squadron requires a qualified contractor to inspect and safely recommission two (2) 120-ton Trane CGAM120F chillers. This is not a recurring maintenance requirement. It is a one-time service designed to repair this equipment to full operational status for a reliable, long-term sustainment life cycle. The contractor is required to reprogram both chillers as well as update the necessary software to recalibrate chiller sensors and actuators. The contractor must complete the entire system inspection and execute the maintenance service within 30 days after receipt of the contract award.
This requirement needs to be accomplished and fully certified under (Unified Facilities Criteria) UFC 3-410-01: Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Systems. A contractor possessing the software tools, licensing, and diagnostic equipment to flash the firmware and troubleshoot the compressor without voiding existing equipment warranties is required.
