Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), under the Department of the Navy, is seeking contractor support for annual preventive maintenance and repair of Agilent gas chromatograph systems. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) - OEMs and Vendors: - Agilent Technologies (manufacturer of 7890B GC and 7697A autosampler) - OI Analytical (manufacturer of XSD 5360 detector) - Wasson ECE Instrumentation (original integrator; contractor must be capable of servicing) - Products/Equipment Requiring Service: - 2 Agilent 7890B Gas Chromatograph (GC) systems - 1 Agilent 7697A Headspace Autosampler - 1 OI Analytical XSD 5360 Detector - Services Requested: - Annual preventive maintenance (cleaning, adjustments, consumables replacement, functional tests, software updates) - Up to three on-demand repair visits per year (restoration to OEM specs, parts equal to OEM quality, five business day response) - Technical support (software updates, troubleshooting) - Service reporting (detailed reports within five business days) - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must be an OEM-approved source and capable of servicing Wasson ECE Instrumentation - Personnel must be trained and certified for OEM equipment - Strict compliance with safety, security, and quality control standards - Period of Performance: - One base year plus one option year - Annual maintenance and up to three repair visits per year

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for market research purposes in accordance with RFO 10.001. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is contractor support services to perform the required annual preventive maintenance and repairs on the two Agilent 7890 GC system, including one (1 ea.) Agilent 7697A Headspace autosampler and one (1 ea.) OI Analytical XSDTM 5360 detector. The contractor shall be an authorized current Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) approved source capable of performance for Wasson ECE Instrumentation. Contractor personnel must be trained and certified to work on OEM equipment.
