This opportunity is a sole source procurement by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Great Plains Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office, for specialized equipment to support invasive carp sampling in the Missouri River Basin. - Sole source purchase order to Wing Inflatables, Inc. for: - Inflatable boat (Wing Inflatables P4.7 model) - Yamaha 432-cc 25-hp four-stroke outboard motor (20” shaft, tiller steering) - Single axle galvanized boat trailer - Accessories: launch wheel assembly and 9-gallon fuel bag - Boat must meet detailed specifications: - 15’5” overall length, 6’6” beam, 12’3” internal length, 20” tube diameter - Five chambers plus keel, 2,760 lbs max payload, 10 person capacity - Polyurethane fabric welded seam construction, auto-inflation system, composite hard deck, UV-enhanced coating, composite transom, universal motor plate, custom logos if possible - Outboard motor must be drop shipped from dealer and include manufacturer warranty - Trailer must be new, single axle, galvanized, and sized for the inflatable craft - All items require manufacturer warranties - Equipment will be used with electrofishing gear and a modular anode frame for standardized sampling - Estimated contract value is $49,690.50 - Procurement is justified under FAR Part 13.106-1(b) due to proprietary design and specialized requirements - Primary OEMs: Wing Inflatables, Inc.
