The Mississippi Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) in Gulfport, MS is seeking a contractor to replace its obsolete analog paging system with a unified IP-based paging solution. - Government Buyer: - Mississippi Air National Guard, Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), Gulfport, MS - Products and Equipment Requested: - Base Paging System (1 unit) - Head-End Server/Appliance (physical or virtual) - IP-enabled ceiling speakers for offices and hallways - IP-enabled wall-mounted speakers for common areas and classrooms - IP-enabled indoor speaker horns for high-noise environments - IP-enabled outdoor speaker horns (IP66 or better) - Active network switches and infrastructure (PoE switches, patch panels, racks, cabling) - Services Requested: - Installation of the paging system - Decommissioning and removal of legacy analog equipment - Integration with existing outdoor siren system and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) - System configuration and programming (zones, announcements, emergency tones) - Testing and acceptance (System Operational Verification Test) - On-site training for up to eight government personnel - Unique Requirements: - System must support broad CUCM desk phone access, zoning, and emergency broadcasts - Compliance with DoD Approved Products List (APL), Trade Agreements Act (TAA), and NDAA Section 889 - Outdoor speakers must be weather-resistant and dust-tight (IP66 or better) - Integration with existing outdoor siren and CUCM - Training for up to eight personnel - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or quantities for most items are provided; vendors must propose solutions meeting these requirements.
