The 22nd Maintenance Group (22 MXG) at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas is seeking suppliers for steel shelving units and modular drawer cabinets to support tool and equipment storage needs. - Government Buyer: - 22nd Maintenance Group (22 MXG), McConnell AFB, Kansas - Products Requested: - 250 steel shelving units (Item Number: SRD2437 or equal) - 6 shelves per unit - Dimensions: 48" W x 12" D x 99" H - Freestanding design - 20 modular drawer cabinets (Item Number: R5AEC-5813 or equal) - 9 drawers (5" height each) - Lock on cabinet housing - Dimensions: 36" W x 18" D x 60" H - 400 lb capacity per drawer - Services Requested: - Contractor responsible for assembly of all products upon delivery - Unique Requirements: - Minimum 1-year warranty on all products - Delivery and assembly must be completed within 60 days of order - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; "SRD2437 or equal" and "R5AEC-5813 or equal" indicate openness to equivalent products - Notable Details: - Modular drawer cabinets must include locks and high weight capacity - All shelving units and cabinets must be delivered and assembled onsite

As part of its market research, 22 CONS/PKA is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exist an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.

This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy.

Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which the 22 CONS/PKA can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought.

All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.

Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. 22 CONS/PKA will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought.
