This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12639526Q0199 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a temperature Monitoring System (TMS), system to monitor critical laboratory environments, including ultra-low temperature units, refrigerators, freezers, etc. The system will require 1,150 temperature probes installed, annual maintenance, annual calibration, software upgrades and onsite technical support.
