The USDA Forest Service, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, is seeking installation services for new composting toilets at Fields Point Landing in Chelan, Washington. - Government Buyer: - USDA Forest Service, Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest, Chelan and Entiat Ranger Districts - OEM Highlight: - Clivus Multrum is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer referenced - Products/Services Requested: - Removal and disposal of three failing fiberglass composting toilet units from the basement - Installation of three Clivus Multrum Model 15 (M15) poly composting toilet units (units are already onsite) - Includes pumping, disassembly, removal, and disposal off USFS property - Notable Requirements: - Firm-fixed price contract - Set aside for small businesses - Work must ensure a healthy and safe environment for concessionaire staff and thousands of annual users - No new product purchase required; installation only - Period of Performance: - Work to be completed between September 1 and December 31 - Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 days from offer receipt

Description

This project will replace the three composting toilet fiberglass structures located in the basement of the Fields Point Landing building. These old composting toilets are failing and pose a health and human safety risk to the staff at Fields Point due to exposure to human waste. The objective is to remove the old failing units from the basement at Fields Point and replace them with new poly units to allow for a healthy and safe working environment for our concessionaire. The units were purchased last year from Clivus Multrum and are Model 15. They are currently at Fields Point awaiting installation. The Contract will be required to install roto-molded composting toilets to Fields Point Landing, 17100 S Lakeshore Rd Chelan, WA 98816 in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest.  The Current composting toilets are a Clivus Multrum Model 15.  

This project is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is Firm Fixed Price Contract.
