Description
Seeking Sources ONLY for a design build project. Demolition and replacement of two existing Evapco cooling towers (Model: AT 424-936), replacement of one BAC cooling tower (model number is VXT-800CR from Baltimore air coil company, Serial number is 84-5979) associated structural steel platform, roofing replacement, associated structural components, associated mechanical components, associated electrical components, pump, motors, piping, chemical feed, fire/smoke detector system, condenser water motor/pumps, electrical circuit breaker, piping insulation, SCADA integration, and associated control systems. Contractor should ensure that the project adheres to all guidelines and code, including but not limited to, the International Plumbing Code (IPC), the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standard and guideline, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes and standards and the National Electrical Code, etc. The contractor shall provide As-built drawings and updated schematics for this project. The contractor shall provide an integration and SCADA commissioning, demolition, and disposal report. The contractor should provide equipment, structural, and all necessary submittals and cut sheets for all replacement components. The work shall be performed by a qualified HVAC/mechanical contractor with demonstrated experience in large-scale condenser water system installations, including the integration of cooling towers with SCADA systems. The As-built drawing needs to be accepted before the start of construction.
