Description
The Rome Floyd County Development Authority (RFCDA) is seeking proposals from firms to provide services for environmental site assessment activities and related work associated with the EPA Region 4 FY26 Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant. The selected firm will provide technical services including grant administration, environmental and engineering services, and cleanup and reuse planning. The scope includes Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, community involvement, and redevelopment planning. The contract period is anticipated from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2030, with a potential extension.
