The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) - Redstone Arsenal is seeking quotations for a one-time purchase of Mockett laptop drawers or equivalent products. - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Finance and Facilities Division, Procurement Section - OEM Highlight: - Mockett is the specified OEM (brand name or equal) - Products Requested: - 108 Mockett Laptop Drawers (Part Number: DWR3-90M) - Must mount under desks, lock in place, include interchangeable mouse trays (right/left), storage sections, access ports for charging/data cables, fully pull out, hold at minimum a Dell Latitude 5450 laptop, and meet ADA guidelines - Requirements: - Brand name or equal (substitutes must meet all listed specifications) - Set aside for small business authorized resellers under NAICS 337214 (Office Furniture, Except Wood, Manufacturing) - Delivery required FOB destination to Redstone Arsenal, AL, within 45 days of order - Quotes must be valid for 90 days and include OEM authorization and product specifications
Description
The Government’s intent is to establish a brand name or equal, one-time, firm-fixed price, delivery order for Mockett laptop drawers. as notated in Section 1.0 for the FBI’s Finance and Facilities Division (FFD). This RFQ is being conducted as a total set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS 337214 Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing, size standard of 1100 employees. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns that are authorized resellers will be accepted by the government. Any quote submitted by a business that is not a small business concern or is not an authorized reseller of these products will not be considered for award.

Quotations/offers sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered. Offers must be valid for 90 calendar days after submission.
