The Department of Justice and Public Safety (JPS) is seeking to establish an Estimated Quantity Contract for the supply and delivery of shoulder crests for duty uniforms for Sheriff Services, Coroner Services, and Inspection and Enforcement (IENB). The contract duration is three years with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Quantities are estimated and may vary, with delivery required within 21 business days upon receipt of official release. Pricing will be negotiated and must not exceed the tendered price plus any published CPI increase.
