Description

This solicitation is a proposal to allow the use of Parcel A, approximately 16,798 sq ft, at Pedro Bay Airport for five years. The authorized use is for the operation and maintenance of an aircraft parking lot for transient aircraft parking. Commercial use and fuel sales are not authorized, and the annual permit fee is waived. Interested parties must submit competing applications or written comments by August 15, 2026. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all applications or comments and to correct technical defects, terms, or purposes.
