Description
This solicitation is to provide general civil legal services without charge to indigent residents of the State of Hawaiʻi. The services include legal assistance in areas such as housing, government benefits, family law, immigration, and other legal issues faced by indigent residents. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Hawaii Electronic Procurement System (HIePRO) by September 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The Judiciary will use HIePRO to issue the RFP, receive proposals, and issue addenda. A mandatory 0.75% transaction fee to Hawaii Information Consortium, LLC DBA Tyler Hawaii applies to awards made in HIePRO.
