Yavapai County Development Services is seeking multiple contractors for on-call property abatement, demolition, cleanup, and removal services across five zones. - Government Buyer: - Yavapai County, Development Services Office - Scope of Work: - Demolition of various building types (wood frame, stucco, brick, multi-story, commercial, metal) - Removal of sub-structures, basements, concrete slabs, footings, asphalt paving, curbs, retaining walls, fencing, and bollards - Debris, trash, rubble, and vegetation removal, including trees of various sizes - Removal of swimming pools, septic tanks, cesspools, underground storage tanks, railroad ties, vehicles (cars, trucks, forklifts, tractors, golf carts, boats, RVs, campers, trailers) - Hazardous material services: asbestos testing and removal (including RACM Categories I & II, pipe with asbestos), freon recovery, grease trap/oil water separator removal, lead paint testing - Dust abatement, yard cleanup, temporary fencing, and traffic control - Equipment rental (tractors, excavators, loaders, skid steers, trucks, forklifts, water trucks, compactors, roll-off containers, pickup trucks) - Backfill materials, mobilization, administration, and permit administration - Notable Requirements: - Contractors must provide all labor, equipment, and disposal to authorized waste facilities - Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including permits and certifications - Pricing is hourly or flat rate per job; no minimum guarantee of work - Work is authorized on an as-needed basis - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; equipment references include models such as Cat 320, Cat 933C, Cat 980G, and Case 580 4WD Tractor-Loader Backhoe (or equivalents) - Estimated annual contract value: $30,000 to $100,000 - Contract term: three years with up to two one-year extensions

Description

Yavapai County is seeking multiple contractors to provide on-call property abatement, demolition, cleanup, and removal services. The scope includes removal of structures, foundations, pools, debris, underground storage tanks, and asbestos-containing materials, as well as site cleanup and well closure. Work will be authorized as needed with no minimum guarantee, and contractors must comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations.
