The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for aerial seeding by helicopter and pilot on approximately 511 acres on 15 sites distributed across state and county land in Northern Minnesota. The solicitation requires electronic submission of bids through the Swift Portal, with no email or faxed responses accepted.
