Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources is seeking quotations for a fall protection system for the Lanier Filter Plant in Buford, Georgia. - Government Buyer: - Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources, Lanier Filter Plant - OEMs and Vendors: - Falltech (referenced manufacturer for all specified products) - Vendors may propose equivalent products from other OEMs - Products Requested: - 2 Confined Space Davit Systems (5-piece) with 12" to 29" offset davit arm, winch, and self-retracting lifeline (SRLR) - Falltech #6050428WR or approved equivalent - 2 Portable Davit Bases (3-piece) for 24" to 44" systems, adjustable width 73" to 100" - Falltech #6500844 or approved equivalent - 1 Vehicle Hitch-mount Base (3-piece) for 24" to 44" systems - Falltech #6501644 or approved equivalent - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment must comply with OSHA 1926.502 & 1910.66, ANSI Z359.14-2014 (SRL-R), and ANSI Z359.4-2013 (winch) - Equipment must be compatible with a Class 3 minimum vehicle trailer hitch (2" square receiver) - Delivery to the Lanier Filter Plant is required - Vendors must provide references for similar projects
