Description
The East Central Iowa Council of Governments (ECICOG) is seeking a consultant to assist in developing a required Status Report to complement their Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP). The work includes completing greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories for up to eight cities in the region and developing strategies to educate community staff and leadership about the results. The project is funded by the EPA's Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) program and requires completion of inventories, reports, and meetings by August 1, 2027. The consultant will work closely with ECICOG and local advisory committees to manage the project and deliverables.
