Description
The County of Los Angeles Executive Office of the Board of Supervisors is soliciting a Work Order with qualified CAPSMA contractors to provide compliance workforce advisory services. The services support the recruitment of an interim and permanent Ethics Compliance Officer. The engagement includes deliverables such as classification research, job bulletin development, recruitment timeline, nationwide recruitment, application review, candidate slate presentation, interview coordination, and final selection and onboarding coordination. Vendors must respond to both the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and this Request for Services (RFS) to be considered.
