Description
The Houston-Galveston Area Council’s (H-GAC) Area Agency on Aging is soliciting contractors to provide Nutrition and Transportation Services for older persons living in Wharton, Colorado, and Walker counties. Selected subrecipients will provide meals in a congregate setting and home-delivered meals to eligible individuals. They will also provide demand/response transportation services. One subrecipient, local to the county they serve, will be selected per county.
