National Guard Bureau Senior Leadership Custom Coin Procurement

The National Guard Bureau is seeking a supplier for custom die-cast coins honoring its senior leadership, with a focus on small business participation. - Government Buyer: - National Guard Bureau (NGB), HQ NGB DIR OF ACQUISITIONS, W39L USA NG READINESS CENTER, and Operational Contracting Division Contracting Office (NGBAQ-C) - Products Requested: - Custom die-cast coins for Chief, National Guard Bureau (CNGB), Vice Chief, National Guard Bureau (VCNGB), and Senior Enlisted Advisor (SEA) - Coin dies and tooling for each coin type - Quantities include: - 8,000 CNGB coins (base year) - Option periods: 3,400 CNGB coins, 1,000 VCNGB coins, 1,000 SEA coins per period - Multiple smaller orders (500–400 coins per line item) for each coin type - Services Requested: - Die casting and tooling services, including artwork changes - Delivery and shipping to USA NG Readiness Center, Arlington, VA - Unique Requirements: - Turnaround time must not exceed four weeks (or 20 calendar days) from order to delivery - Firm Fixed Price contract anticipated - Targeting SBA Small Business Program Participants; market research for small business set-aside - Artwork and specifications provided in attachments - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified manufacturers of custom coins

1. Die Casting/Tooling (to include changes to artwork when needed)

Annual Amounts:

Base (FY26) will consist of one order of 8000 CNGB Coins

Option Periods 1-4:

Chief, National Guard Bureau (CNGB): 3400 

Vice Chief, National Guard Bureau (VCNGB): 1000

Senior Enlisted Advisor (SEA): 1000

3. Delivery/Shipping Cost (FOB Destination)
