This opportunity from the U.S. Air Force (82nd Air Training Wing, Sheppard NCOA) seeks a comprehensive upgrade of the Sheppard NCOA Conference Room's audio/visual system: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 82nd Air Training Wing, Sheppard NCOA - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs named; system must be TAA compliant and integrate with Crestron - Products Requested: - Fine Pixel Pitch Direct View LED Display (TAA compliant, approx. 120 x 72, 16:9 aspect ratio) - TV Confidence Monitors (2 units) - Wireless Digital Touch Panel (1 unit) - Speakers, Subwoofers, Antenna Boosters, Microphones, Wireless Condenser Speech Microphones, Battery Charging Stations, Cameras, AV Rack, Cables and Connectors (quantities as needed) - Services Requested: - Acoustical/Visual Environment Analysis of Rooms 1013 and 1015 - System Design and Installation (modular engineering, Crestron integration) - Programming and System Integration (user-friendly operation) - Construction and Installation (LED display mount, patch/paint, power/HVAC) - Training (on-site for up to 12 staff) - Removal and Disposal of Old Components - Documentation and Drawings (final wiring/network diagrams within 30 days) - Warranty Services (OEM pass-through or standard commercial warranty) - Unique Requirements: - System must support teleconferencing with VoIP and interface with NIPR and commercial networks - All equipment must be professional-grade and TAA compliant - Integration with Crestron control systems - Professional quality and compliance with certifications - Complete system solution including design, installation, programming, training, and warranty

The 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell Air Force Base (AFB), AL, is seeking sources that can provide an Acoustical/Visual Environment Analysis of existing Sheppard NCOA Conference room at 939 Missile Rd, Building 1900, Rooms 1013 and 1015, Sheppard AFB, TX. All feedback and information received may be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy.
