The U.S. Department of State's International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) at the U.S. Embassy Bogota is procuring solar street lighting equipment and delivery services for use in Colombia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota - OEMs and Vendors: - Sylvania (referenced as the OEM for LED solar street lights) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers are acceptable - Products Requested: - 50 units of 40W all-in-one LED solar street lights with stainless steel poles for Barrancabermeja - 100 units of 40W all-in-one LED solar street lights with stainless steel poles for INL warehouse in Bogota - Sylvania LED solar street light, Ref. P29569, or equivalent - Each unit includes remote control, support arm, lamp, and a 3" x 6-meter stainless steel pole (external diameter 88.9 mm, thickness 3.05 mm) - Services Requested: - Transportation and delivery service for all equipment to Barrancabermeja Counter Narcotics Base and INL Warehouse in Bogota - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be new and include a minimum one-year warranty valid in Colombia - Delivery required within 30 days after receipt of order - Equivalent products are permitted if they meet the specified technical requirements

Description

The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for purchase of Solar Equipment Colombia.

All interested vendors should submit the quotations according to the attached INL RFQ PR16035220 no later than August 24, 2026, at 4:00 pm via email to RestrepoF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov . No quotations will be accepted after this time.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

To be considered for award, please follow the instructions given in the document INL- RFQ_ PR16035220 Section 3.
