Full and Open Competition
1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support (Columbus) intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long-Term Contract (LTC). The anticipated contract will include a three (3) year base period and two (2) one-year option periods.
This requirement encompasses one (1) National Stock Number (NSN) for Motor Vehicle Electrical and Electronic Equipment components:

2. SET-ASIDE AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY:
This acquisition will be issued as a Full and Open Competition. The resulting award is anticipated to exceed the subcontracting plan threshold. Therefore, in accordance with FAR 19.7, any large business concern awarded the contract will be required to submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan. The plan must be submitted with the initial proposal and will be a factor in determining award.
3. TECHNICAL DATA AND REQUIREMENTS:
All technical requirements, specifications, Approved Sources, Export Control (ITAR), Surge and Sustainment (including non-covered surge requirements), and quality clauses (such as CFAT, GPLT, or QPL) will be explicitly detailed in the official solicitation. 4. SOLICITATION RELEASE:
