South Piedmont Community College is seeking an architectural firm to update the existing long-term master plan for the Old Charlotte Highway Campus located at 1851 South Piedmont Street, Monroe, NC 28110. The update will reflect current conditions and include determining appropriate building sites, IT infrastructure, parking, pedestrian and vehicular traffic, and stormwater management for the approximately 135 contiguous acres of the campus. Proposing firms must be licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in North Carolina and submit two copies of their Letter of Interest by August 31, 2026.
