Services include production of newsletters, brochures, postcards, flyers, banners, posters, event signage, wayfinding signage, promotional materials, sponsorship collateral, programs, tickets, specialty printed pieces, and other printed products supporting City operations and community engagement activities. The vendor must provide high-quality printing, finishing, and delivery services with competitive pricing, reliable turnaround times, and flexibility for projects of varying sizes and specifications on an as-needed basis.
