Description
Community Transit requires Preliminary (30%) Design for the renovation and redevelopment of the Kasch Park Campus located at 2300 Kasch Park Road, Everett, WA, to address current and long-term operational, workspace, and facility needs. The project includes Conceptual (10%) Design and SEPA/NEPA environmental reviews and supporting documentation. This solicitation is a Request For Qualification for qualified Architectural and Engineering firms to submit Statements of Qualifications. The contract will be Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) beginning approximately December 2026 and will continue through completion of project services.
