Description

Sealed bids are being solicited for the Shellfish Lab Second Floor Office project located at the Wells Harbor Shellfish Lab. The scope includes framing an interior load bearing wall, installing a circular staircase, constructing a cantilevered deck with handrails, siding and trim replacement, installing beams, insulation, drywall, electrical work including lighting and outlets, a heat pump system, flooring, and interior trim including skylights, windows, and a door. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Town Manager by September 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. A mandatory pre-construction meeting and site walk will be held on August 26, 2026.
