Description

The Town of Banff is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to enter into a non-exclusive Master Services Agreement for HVAC maintenance, repair, emergency response, and related services at Town facilities. The scope includes scheduled preventative maintenance, routine service calls, emergency trouble-call response, troubleshooting, repairs, parts and materials supply, controls support, refrigerant work, and other related HVAC services authorized by the Town. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format by September 16, 2026. A mandatory information session will be held on August 19, 2026, at the Fenlands Banff Recreation Centre.
