The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has Construction Project CSS 99142 - Flooring and Wall Upgrade (DE007) at the Newark AFRC located at 1001 Ogletown Rd, Newark, DE 19711-5413. The purpose of this construction project is to the replacement of existing flooring, painting, installation of protective window film and shades throughout buildings #1 (Training Building) and #2 (OMS) at Newark AFRC. The Contractor shall have 180 Calendar Days from the notice to proceed date to complete all tasks associated with the Specification of Work
