Description

This project in Prince George’s County involves the rehabilitation and resurfacing of a portion of MD 202 (Landover Road) from the intersection of MD 202 and MD 450 extending south through the 57th Avenue intersection for 0.32 miles. Additional improvements include drainage, bicyclist and pedestrian facilities from approximately 150 feet south of MD 450 and 53rd Place continuing to the intersection of MD 202 and MD 295 northbound on/off ramps, covering 0.71 miles. The work includes milling and resurfacing, full depth pavement construction, median reconstruction, intersection closure to eliminate unsafe turns, sidewalk and curb replacement, ADA ramp construction, bus shelter pads, inlet and pipe cleaning and construction, pavement marking replacement, pedestrian signal installation, retaining wall construction, and median landscaping.
