Description

The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for the Galvanized Main Replacement Phase 2 project. The project involves replacing galvanized water mains throughout Raleigh's water distribution system, as well as replacing adjacent gravity sewer mains in deteriorating conditions. The selected firm will provide final design services, permitting, bidding phase, and construction administration for the project. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 18, 2026, and a mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held virtually on August 26, 2026.
