Description

This project includes the installation of a concrete water tank within existing lab space of room 120 on the Civil & Mechanical engineering Laboratories Building of UBC (CEME Rusty Hut). It involves modifications to the existing building structure, construction of concrete foundations and tank walls, along with mechanical and electrical changes to suit the re-purposed space. The anticipated construction start is September 28th, 2026, with completion by March 20th, 2027. Chandos Construction is acting as Construction Manager on behalf of UBC and is issuing a Request for Tender for this project.
