Vancouver Coastal Health Authority has issued a Request for Proposals for qualified consultants to provide managing consultant services for the Pemberton Health Care Expansion project. The successful proponent will act as the Managing Consultant (Architect) and engage sub-consultants for architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, code, acoustic, and building envelope services. Only pre-qualified architectural firms for non-acute care projects over $5M and pre-qualified engineering firms for specified disciplines are eligible to respond.
