Description

This solicitation is for on-call material hauling services for the Imperial County Department of Public Works for fiscal year 2026-2027 or until funds are exhausted. The work involves hauling asphalt concrete mixes and aggregate materials from commercial suppliers within Imperial County to various county road projects using bottom dump trucks with trailers and/or construction end dumps. Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis with fully burdened hourly rates inclusive of truck, operator, prevailing wages, fuels, oils, waiting time, and resources. Work hours are generally Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with possible emergency work outside these hours.
