This solicitation is a Request for Bid to obtain competitive bids from qualified suppliers for a scenic projector system for the Hillcrest High School Auditorium. The project includes furnishing and installing all necessary hardware, configuring, testing, and placing into operational service a complete scenic projection system projecting onto the existing back cyclorama curtain. The system requires short throw or ultra short throw lenses due to the mounting location on the 4th electric with an estimated throw distance of approximately 16-20 feet. Projection control will be located at the back of the auditorium in the lighting control booth, preferably wired, and includes new projectors, display controllers, receivers, transmitters, and necessary cabling. Suppliers must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference site walkthrough to obtain additional project details and installation expectations.
