SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.

Position measurement accuracy < 200nm Turn-by-turn capable (1.28 MHz) 10kHz orbit feedback system expandable to 104 BPM and 108 power supplies over fiber. Position/Angle interlock with sub 1 msec response time Realtime 10 Hz data stream in EPICS Communication via EPICS.  Built-in EPICS IOC. An establish turnkey solution and/or catalog item. Compatible with the MRF timing system. ADC clock locked to the 476.3 MHz. Input trigger for large (1M points or more) waveform capture. 4 BPMs per 4U 4 inputs / BPM with 25 MHz bandpass filter at 476.3 MHz SMA for beam signal inputs BPM must auto-calibrate for channel gain errors.

The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. August 2023) as well as the SLAC General Terms and Conditions Supplemental Rider(Aug2026_Rev1) will be made a part of the resulting order. Please markup terms and conditions if you wish to negotiate. No mark ups mean that you accept SLAC Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms will be NET-30

Domestic Suppliers - Freight terms will be FOB Destination Prepaid and Add.

Foreign Supplier - Shipment will be made CIP SLAC, Menlo Park, and Duty Unpaid.
