The Department of Children and Families (DCF), through its Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) and Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH), is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from interested parties capable of providing the infrastructure, experience, and resources necessary to implement an enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This system is intended for the Department's three State Mental Health Treatment Facilities (SMHTFs). The RFI aims to understand available Enterprise EHR solutions and the capabilities of industry providers to meet the Department's requirements.
