Description
This Request for Bids (RFB) invites prospective proponents to submit bids for a facility to host the Criminal Law Division 2027 & 2028 Annual Crown Education Conference. The facility must provide meeting space, accommodations, meals, parking, and other requirements necessary for the delivery of the conference. The event will occur in May 2027 and May 2028, with early arrivals expected the day before each conference. The vendor will be responsible for conference facilities, audio-visual and webcasting resources, catering, accommodations, parking, internet access, and post-event debriefing.
